Harware Key (dongle) and Installation CD. All packages listed above can be supplied, on request, with a hardware key (dongle) and a CD complete with Installation files and a number of utilities at an additional cost of $AU80.00 + postage.

Customised versions of Raduga. Raduga can be customised to meet local requirements. Special versions of the software can be supplied, taking the FULL version as a starting point, to which are removed a number of selected features in any order. These features are: Log files, Silence detector, Scheduled events, Jingles and DirectX Plug-ins. Prices are available on application.

Professional Version of Raduga (SDK). A programmable version of Raduga is also available, including a number of add-ins, and one year developer support from Wolfgang Loch in Germany. Prices are available on application.

Ordering and invoicing. When ordering Raduga, please provide us with your name and the name of your station or company. Orders can be placed by e-mail. Payment can be effected by cheque, money order or bank tranfer into a nominated account. A GST compliant tax invoice will be issued for all purchase in Australia.

Support. Three months free support by e-mail + assistance by phone (your call) during installation and initial setup of Raduga. Additional support is available on the Raduga Forum.

Delivery. (i) For version of Raduga with a dongle, you will receive by Registered Mail upon completion of your order a CD including Raduga and Juke's installation files and a dongle. Audiograbber's installation files and a range of codecs (Lame, WMA) will also be included on the CD. (ii) For versions of Raduga without a dongle, you will receive by E-mail a personalized license key and access to a password-protected download area where you can download the production version.

Licensing. Raduga is licenced on a "per machine" basis. If you want to run it on multiple machines, you will have to purchase multiple licenses. Quantity discounts apply.
